Change email formats		Guilford County, North Carolina The Guilford County Emergency Services PSAP in NC operates 15 positions of Power 911 Intelligent Workstation with a Life Line 100 ANI/ALI Controller. The PSAP marks May 16th, 2003 as a significant milestone: Deployment of Phase II Wireless E9-1-1 with all 7 wireless carriers providing service in the county. According to Communications Manager Craig Whittington, ENP - "Well over 50% of calls are from cell phones and 70% of dispatches are for wireless." Craig's efforts began in January of this year with his first Phase II carrier deployment. Remarkably, it took Craig less than 4 months to deploy all 7 carriers, and achieve 100% Phase II deployment. Craig told us "Positron has bent over backwards for us. Positron has the best customer service of any vendor I have ever used."
